in association with paulo mendes da rocha (br) and mmbb+metro architects, we developed an urban plan for the competition of the 2016 olympic urban park in rio de janeiro.
the project was structured by a new canal that becomes the main axes of the territory, allowing direct contact with the waterfront, not only for visitors during games, but mainly as a proper waterfront for the future legacy.
