atl is a playschool building.
serpa's atl building will be located in a urban park where other public buildings already exist: elementary school, library, archive and a bank. the playschool is configured in a flower shape plan where an exterior concrete wall is perforated in a composition of 3 sizes windows, that sometimes have colors. inside, a orange rubber floor contrasts with the white walls and the concrete ceiling.
