the building occupies a central plot in lisbon's old expo'98 site, adjacent to the main equipments.
the seven floors office building, with its red crystal facades, enhanced by a triangular vibration of the windows rhythm, stands above a black basement commercial level. at this level, an interior square gives the necessary dignity to the shops.
facing the river, the red facades became uncolored, revealing in the interior the dynamics of the offices sunscreens.
the diagonal entrance, emphasizes the view to the local main square and railway station.
