the clear geometry of the building is the result of the simplification of processes in the project and the need of maintenance costs control. as so, the energy and comfort systems management are of great importance here. daylight is assured by the suspended color polycarbonate ring, wrapping the building above the concrete basement, and the small roof windows.
outside, a black prefabricated concrete blocks surface, draws the line that anchors the building to the territory, defining in it's own geometry the transition spaces with the garden and parking area.
