the center settles above and below the open air terrain. above, the urban paths and crossings are still possible underneath a huge floating roof beam structure. at ground level, only the double height spaces, like the main hall, emerge. it's at the lower level that the program takes place and the main entrance occurs at the end of a ramped square.
the floating beam structure, made of pre-fabricated concrete, are filled between with concrete slabs, where the program exists, and it's left opened where it's public.
