in palmela's suburb, a leftover of the adjacent plots, in an uncharacterized residential area, configures a municipal intervention area. the archive is a slightly twisted sliced volume that reveals clearly its specific program. a ground level with the offices and public attendance, and two open space upper levels occupied with the archive. this reflects into a very opaque building with punctual ground level openings to the garden, where the facades point two kind of finishes (brilliant and bumped) in the transition between the inside program.
